What’s Slowing Your Athlete Down?
What If Your Athlete Isn't Actually Slow?
Small movement habits may be costing your athlete speed—and they're almost impossible to see at full speed. Slow the video down, and we can see what's happening, what needs to change, and how to help them run faster with less effort.
HOW IT WORKS
Send Coach Ken a video of your athlete running. Using sports science and sprint mechanics, we'll break down how your athlete moves, identify what may be costing them speed, and show them what to change and how to change it.

WHAT TO SEND
For the best analysis, send 3 short videos of your athlete running at full speed for at least 30 yards:
-
SIDE VIEW — Keep the entire athlete in the frame so we can clearly see foot strike, knee lift, arm action and body position.
-
FRONT VIEW — Record your athlete running toward the camera.
-
BACK VIEW — Record your athlete running away from the camera.
Keep it simple. Use your phone or tablet, record in good light, and make sure the athlete's entire body—from head to feet—stays visible.
No special camera or equipment needed.
SEE A VIDEO ANALYSIS IN ACTION
Watch actual examples of how we break down running mechanics and identify opportunities for improvement.

WE'LL LOOK AT:
-
Running Mechanics — body position, arms, legs and foot strike
-
Timing & Efficiency — when and where the body needs to be
-
Speed Opportunities — where your athlete may be losing speed or wasting energy
-
How to Improve — simple, specific corrections and drills your athlete can practice
THE GOAL
Run faster. Move better. Use less effort.Every athlete moves differently. The goal isn't to make every athlete run the same. It's to help your athlete find a more efficient way to move—and create their own “Easy Speed.”
