YOUR ATHLETE DOESN'T NEED ANOTHER CONDITIONING WORKOUT.
They need to learn HOW to run!
Running harder doesn’t always mean running faster.
Speed is a skill — and skills can be taught. I teach athletes how to move efficiently, what to move, where to move, and when to move. Instead of exhausting athletes with conditioning, we slow things down enough for them to think, feel and control their movement. Then we build speed on top of that foundation.
The goal isn’t more effort. It’s more speed from the effort they already have.

MEET KEN TAYLOR — THE SPEED DR.
"Speed isn't something I just teach. It's something I've lived!"
REAL ATHLETES. REAL RESULTS.
Ken puts aside the old way of thinking and shows there is a smarter and easier way
of making real improvement to running and speed. I have to say, it was almost embarrassing
how easily and quickly improvement can be made when Ken’s techniques are applied.
-John Carpenter, Long time runner and parent of a high school athlete
Ken takes an innovative, scientific, and holistic approach to speed training—combining the physical and mental sides of performance. Through clear communication, he builds confidence by helping athletes understand what to do and, more importantly, what successful movement should feel like.
